Ron has been in full-time ministry since 1977. In August 2004, Ron founded Mission Catalyst, where he serves as directional leader. He's also the directional leader of Epikos Church.  He has authored three exciting books, Plant the Future, The 7 Habits of Highly Ineffective Churches, and The Pivotal Design. Ron's love is his family (wife Fran, daughters Marla and Jana, grandkids Camden and Kylie), his hobby is mountain climbing (just about anything with snow on it), and his passion is planting churches that reach the unreached for Christ.
